With 10 years' experience in technical leadership and project management at Hewlett-Packard under her belt, Kimberly has helped kick-start many new ventures. She established her own consulting agency, advising on leadership, communication and project management. She has conducted many global leadership development workshops for numerous multinational corporations (many of them from Japan) such as Cisco Systems Inc, Symantec Corporation, Siemens AG. Kimberly is the Executive Program Director of GMP.
Kimberly also published a book, Scrappy Project Management, in June 2009.

jim bandrowski

MBA, New York University
Backed by a strong engineering background, Jim was Director of Planning of DiGiorgio Corporation in 1979. Prior to that he was Director of Planning at Systron-Donner, a Management Consultant with Stone & Webster, and took up several engineering positions at Becton-Dickson. Since founding his own company, Strategic Action in 1984, Jim has achieved outstanding client success with Walt Disney, AT&T and The Boeing Company. He is also a guest lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the University of Chicago.

francine gordon

MBA & PhD, Yale University
Francine Gordon began her career as an Assistant Professor at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She was also the HR Director of Tandem Computers and Pacific Bell (now, AT&T). She later joined Boston Consulting Group as the knowledge expert on Human Resources issues. Francine then started her own business and now provides executive coaching and management consulting services to major companies, including, Legato Systems (now, EMC), Centillium Communications, and Cisco Systems Inc.

juan montermoso

Ph. D, Harvard
Juan has 27 years of management experience at Hewlett-Packard dealing with marketing, global channel management of IT products, and the planning and conception of e-business initiatives. His many years of Silicon Valley-based managerial leadership experience has contributed to his success in IT management and leadership training. Juan is the Vice President of Management Information Systems, and a partner of Accenture. He has also been teaching at San Francisco University and Saint Mary’s University

alan tsuda

MBA, Yale University
Alan has extensive experience in consulting and project management. His experience includes managing projects at large corporations such as Pacific Bell, Warner Communications, the state of Maine, and several startups in Silicon Valley including a start-up software company spun-off from MIT. Alan is also an instructor in project management at the University of California in Santa Cruz & Berkeley.

betty jo waxman

MA, Vanderbilt University
Betty is a knowledge expert on strategic leadership and effective communication. She has built extensive experience in business consulting in Asia and the United States. Betty is also a part-time lecturer of Stanford University and Hong Kong Management Association.
