Our projects are integrated into the program sessions, and allow you to apply the knowledge gained from each session to actual business challenges you are facing. Our programs explore practical analysis approaches and techniques to help you find effective solutions to your problems.
Participants will join group discussions and seek advice from the instructor as they develop their proposal, which will be presented briefly in the last session.

Project Flow
The projects begin with a pre-course task and will end with a presentation on the last day of the program.

- In the first session, participants are split into teams of 4-5 members to work on their proposal to find new business opportunities or solutions to challenges faced at work. Teams will consist of people with different job responsibilities and hierarchies, and team members are expected to resolve those differences and decide on a topic mutually agreeable to everyone. This provides a good chance for participants to learn team building and facilitation skills, along with polishing their people skills.

- Each participant will be required to address a work challenge and work out how they can contribute to their organization. This project not only encourages active discussion among the participants, but also forces them to expand lines of communication within their company, thus allowing every participant to take steps to widen their perspectives.
