2. Establishment of Rules for the Handling of Personal Data

We have established Personal Data Handling Regulations for each stage--including acquisition, use, storage, provision, and deletion/disposal--regarding handling methods, responsible persons, persons in charge, and their duties.

3. Organizational Security Management Measures

In addition to appointing a person responsible for the handling of personal data, we have clarified the employees who handle personal data and the scope of personal data handled by such employees, and established a reporting and communication system to the responsible person in the event that a fact or sign of violation of laws or handling regulations is identified. We also conduct periodic self-inspections of the status of personal data handling, as well as audits by other departments or external parties.

4. Personnel Security Management Measures

We conduct periodic training for employees on matters to be noted regarding the handling of personal data. We also enter into confidentiality agreements with employees regarding personal data.

5. Physical Security Management Measures

In areas where personal data is handled, we control the entry and exit of employees, manage equipment brought into such areas, and implement measures to prevent unauthorized persons from viewing personal data. We take measures to prevent the theft or loss of equipment, electronic media, and documents handling personal data, and implement measures so that personal data is not easily identified when such equipment or media are carried, including during movement within the office.

6. Technical Security Management Measures

We implement access control to limit the scope of persons in charge and the personal information databases handled, and have introduced mechanisms to protect information systems handling personal data from unauthorized external access or malicious software.
