For this program a custom curriculum was developed based on the participants' TSST and TOEIC scores. Instructors worked on-site at the company for 5 hours every working day for approximately 3 years, allowing 350 employees to take private lessons and intensive skills training. As a result, the company quickly expanded its pool of employees with global business competency.
