Program participants: Young employees

Goal: Train young employees for global roles.

Result: Approximately 50% of the participants increased their TSST scores and improved their English communication skills. Many of them were able to imagine themselves engaging in global business or became interested in it.

Courses taken

Providing well-designed training programs in Japan before and after overseas training improves participants' English skills, clarifies training objectives and encourages participants to identify their weak points in order to maximize the benefits of overseas training.
